Chris spent twenty-two years
in Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, for the greater part
as Manager Training, Human Resources, TQM and
Change. He was Management Representative for ISO
9001:2000 Quality Standards at his point of retirement
in 2002.
He is an experienced TQM Consultant, consistent
in his message of Continual Improvement to several
organizations in both private and pubic sectors.
His exprience in driving TQM in a multinational,
added to his mastery of Change are the main strengths
Chris brings into use for his clients.
Chris was certified as Lead Assessor in ISO 9001:2000,
by the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON).

Bukki has been very outstanding
as a chartered accountant and management consultant
in various capacities for over two decades.
She spent eight years at KPMG (Peat Marwick) before
another four as Chief Accountant at Peterson Candy
International Nigeria Ltd. (a subsidiary of Thames
Walter of UK).
In 1994 Bukki became a full management consultant
and trainer, with additional accreditation from
the Nigerian Centre for Management Development
(CMD) and the Nigerian Institute of Training and
Development (NITAD).

Osato spent thirteen years in CAPL former ICI
(Nigeria), with the first few years on personnel
management and later on TQM for the production
units after undergoing training in Ghana and ICI,
London respectively.He retired as the plant and
planning manager in 1991.
He has been following up on leadership and quality
management with a number of chief executives in
Nigeria.
Osato was certified as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:
2000, by the Standards Organization of Nigeria
(SON).

Mr. Akinbayo Adenubi is long established at the
frontline of who is who in different areas of
modeling for managers in Nigeria. For several
years, he was Registrar/CEO, Chartered Institute
of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Considering his position as a past president of
the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) - (1997
- 1999) and backwards, Mr.Adenubi stands shoulder
high above many in various boardrooms today.
Mr. Adenubi enjoys sharing experience with managers
both on the job and in the classroom. In his role
and from his position as a trainer of trainers,
he has more than a dozen articles and three books
published in his name.  |
